RESPITE | Making Sense of Your Worth

Have you wanted to engage in Connected Parenting, but realized that your own history is getting in the way?  Or, have you ever asked yourself, “How do I change my attachment style?” This curriculum gives you the step-by-step process to do so.

The Making Sense of Your Past (Worth) curriculum was developed by Cindy R. Lee, LCSW and is utilized at HALO Project International.  It was the result of several pilot groups consisting of survivors of domestic violence and other groups of foster and adoptive parents.  There were significant changes in the self-worth scores of the participants and the women were able to learn and embrace connected parenting upon completion of this program.

The Making Sense of Your Past Worth curriculum is designed as an 8-week group class and is ideal for individuals desiring to get to a place of secure attachment.  It will help you replace shame with positive self-worth and give you the tools to come to a place of healing and prepares you to be able to utilize engage in connected parenting in your home, school, church, or organization.

Southern California participants are invited to join us as we travel through the 8-week study together (via ZOOM).
