RAF | Trans-Racial Adoption and Foster Care Support and Learning Group

Parenting a child of color brings unique and heightened considerations and responsibilities in a racialized society. In particular, because white people have not been confronted with the reality of living as a person of color, it is crucial for white parents to actively engage and educate themselves about the history and experiences of people of color in America.

As part of our work in understanding the challenges and opportunities facing our children of color, we are forming this specialized Support and Learning Group to give space to join with other parents on the same journey.

Meetings are online via Zoom on the 3rd Monday of each month from 7:30-9:00 PM beginning Monday, March 15, 2021

Please fill out the form below to register for the group. Our team will reach out with the Zoom link and additional information for participation.

If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail RAF Support Advocate, Stacie MacDonald at [email protected]
