PARENT SUPPORT

FOR FOSTER, ADOPTIVE, & KINSHIP PARENTS

Family Needs Assessment

WHAT WE DO

We are a support program for foster and adoptive parents. We partner with foster, adoptive, and kinship parents (like you!) in order to provide them with much needed resources, education, and connection.

WHO WE ARE

We understand that this work isn’t sustainable alone and that caregiving is complicated! We exist to support you through phone call check-ins, Sunday evening support groups, self-care nights, or getting you connected to the right therapist for your kiddo. There are resources available and we want to get you connected to them.

Trauma-Informed Care

Welcoming children from hard places into your home is wonderful and complex, bringing both beauty and loss. It requires you to say “yes” to caring for them daily – we understand how incredible and difficult this can be. We get that trauma has played a major role in your family’s life and want to provide safe & healing spaces and people to support you on your journey.

Help us help you

Start by completing a Needs Assessment Form which will help us to gauge the levels of felt safety, restorative connections, and resources that you have available.

Services available to you:

  • Parent Coaching + Family Support Plans
  • Parent Support Group (bi-weekly)
  • Linkage Services (Let us help you find the right resources!)
  • Therapy
  • Trauma-Informed Trainings
  • Caregiver Night Outs (free childcare!)
  • Community Building Events (Park Days, Self-Care Events … childcare!)
