Our desire is to see, hear, and meet the needs of those currently experiencing street-level homelessness. We can provide connection to resources, restorative relationship, and guidance. We are currently developing formal programming to meet the needs of those experiencing street level homelessness.
A hybrid jobs skills / readiness program combined with intentional mentorship.
The Jobs for Life course is provided in multiple shelters around North Orange County. JfL is a combination of jobs and life-skills training that uplifts humanity through the dignity of work. What sets Jobs for Life apart is its infusion of committed volunteer mentors that are paired with students.
So I’m off the street and finished a program. What’s next?
We continue to support those who have experienced homelessness even after they have finished Jobs for Life, found employment, and/or acquired housing. Next Steps provides physical and virtual spaces for continued community, skills development, and further resourcing / networking.
